Hello my dear friend...what is F.E.A.R.?
Ah! I am glad you inquired.
F.E.A.R. is a gaming franchise that unites first-person shooter with first-person horror. The main protagonist of the first and third games is Point Man and the second game is centered around the actions of an officer named Michael Becket.
I won't spoil anything, but one of the antagonist is Armacham Technology Corporation which started a program known as Project Perseus and a few others. The games are more focused on Project Origin and Alma, a little girl experimented on so that her psychic abilities would be enhanced. They realized she was stronger than she was letting on and put her in a coma at the age of seven. A few years later, they started Project Origin where they impregnated her and took the child - She awoke from the coma only to see her child taken away. They do this a second time with the same result before taking her off of life support and killing her.
The story line is really long and amazing, in my opinion. And I haven't spoiled much. ;]
